The most important aspect of the arrangement meeting was how Jay first gave me unlimited time to talk. He was in no hurry. His suggestions were excellent because he first took the time to listen to me. The visitation felt professional and orderly yet comfortable and welcoming, homey.

My father passed away New Year's Eve, Jay commendably met with me to make the arrangements on New Year's Day. Jay also recommended a military presence as Dad was a veteran, and put a video together of photos of his life. Very nice.
